Important Deadlines

November 15, 2014	Call for Workshop Proposals Opens
January 31, 2015	Workshop Submission Site Closes
February 15, 2015	Notification to Vendors of Workshop Acceptance

The submitter is responsible for any edits to their submission and must finalize the submission by January 31, 2015, the submission deadline.

To be eligible for review, all workshop proposals must include:

1) Session Title

2) Chairperson(s)’s name, title, affiliation, contact information, and ISoP membership status

3) Description of the session, materials provided

4) Requirement of attendees

5) Proposed timing and duration of workshop

6) Additional AV needs
